Does your toddler HATE eating Broccoli? Or is it just mine? This is the only way I have been able to get her to eat Broccoli, she loves these bites so much. It’s a super simple recipe. I followed this recipe from Ashleigh Cooks from her Tiktok (You can see the whole recipe here). She has a lot of great recipes for toddlers! Sometimes when I am pressed for time I make a bigger batch of this in the morning and keep them in fridge. I also pop them in the fridge for 30 mins- 4 hours before I air fry them. She recommends you bake but I think they come out crispier in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1/2 head of broccoli head steamed
- 1 cup cheese – I used mozzerela thats what I had but she suggests mild cheddar
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180C/350 F
- mash the broccoli
- add all the remaining ingredients into the bowl with the broccoli
- mix well and shape them
- bake for 20 minutes
I put them in the air fryer for about 20 minutes at 350F instead of the oven. Hubby and I couldn’t stop eating these after our toddler was done with them.
