Dragon Fruit Smoothie

INGREDIENTSย ย 

2 Dragon Fruits โ€“ scooped out of skinย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 

Blueberries (or fruit of choice)

4 Baby Bananas (or 2 Regular)ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 

1 Cup Pineapple (frozen or fresh)ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 

Coconut flakes

2 Cups of Coconut Water ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย ย ย 

Granola

PREPARATION

1. In a blender combine dragon fruit, bananas, pineapple, and coconut water and blend until smooth. I freeze my bananas and pineapple for this smoothie.

2. Top with coconut flakes, granola, and blueberries (or any fruit of your choice) and enjoy. I love the crunch of the toppings!
